Scope of Service
TrendsMemo provides a trading research information delivery service for educational and informational use. It is not a return-guarantee service. The current service structure is:
- Free access: public pages and selected free update emails.
- Pro Service A (Structure Discovery): daily batch reports with full-market structure candidates and key support/resistance ranges.
- Pro Service B (Decision Execution): includes all Service A data plus event-driven trigger alerts and execution parameters.
Delivery and Access
- Service is delivered primarily through a service email plus static report links.
- Pro content may be distributed via unlisted links; link secrecy is not equivalent to account authentication.
- You are responsible for keeping your service email accurate, valid, and continuously accessible.
- You may not share Pro links or redistribute Pro content without permission.
Payment Model and Activation
- Paid plans are sold as fixed access windows: 30 days, 90 days, or 365 days.
- Payment is currently one-time per window (no mandatory auto-renewal).
- The access period starts after successful payment.
- Available payment methods may vary by region and deployment configuration (currently PayPal and/or Alipay).
Refund and Disputes
- Refund eligibility and dispute handling follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
- Activation of a paid cycle generally begins service performance for digital delivery.
- To request support on refunds or payment disputes, contact
support@trendsmemo.comwith your service email and order details. - For chargeback disputes, we recommend contacting support first for faster resolution.
Not Investment Advice
- All content is for educational/general information only.
- We do not provide personalized investment advice, do not establish an advisory relationship, and do not execute trades on your behalf.
- Scenario tags, trigger levels, and model outputs are research references only and do not constitute return guarantees.
Risk Acknowledgement
- Trading involves high risk, and you may lose all principal.
- Past performance does not indicate future results.
- Service B requires manual execution and involves risks such as delay, slippage, and operational errors.

Privacy and Data Handling
To operate the service, we may process:
- your service email and subscription status/plan tier
- limited operational logs required for security, anti-abuse, and delivery reliability
- payment metadata returned by payment providers for order verification
Data is used for delivery, subscription management, customer support, and fraud prevention. Service may rely on third-party infrastructure (payment, email, hosting/CDN/storage).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful activities
- resell, mirror, or redistribute paid content in bulk
- abuse interfaces or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Intellectual Property and License
All content and system outputs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use only.
Service Changes and Availability
As the product evolves, we may adjust content structure, delivery timing, pricing display, or feature packaging. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendsMemo is not liable for trading losses or any indirect/consequential damages. If liability applies, the total amount is capped at the amount paid for the disputed active order.
